Welcome to the Saiyu Construction Site Induction Register

This online induction must be completed by all personnel before commencing work on any Saiyu Construction site. It covers our safety procedures, company policies, and site-specific requirements under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2025.

Please read each section carefully. The form takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

What to expect:

• You will be asked to provide your personal details and trade/role information.
• You will be required to confirm that you have read and understood our site safety rules and company policies.
• A digital signature is required to complete your registration.

After submission:

• Your details will be recorded and a unique Work ID will be assigned to you.
• A confirmation email will be sent to you with a copy of your responses.

Important:

• This induction is mandatory. No person may commence work on site until it is completed.
